Embed your BookNow Button in a Constant Contact Email

Does your business send email newsletters or promotions? It should! Genbook has partnered with Constant Contact, a leading provider of email marketing software. With Genbook and Constant Contact you can create, customize and send emails to your customers that include your BookNow! button. That way your customers can schedule directly from the email newsletter or promotion.

It’s as simple as copying the BookNow button image and URL into your Constant Contact email template. Just follow these detailed instructions:

To add a BookNow button to an email template, you will need to edit one of the Article Blocks in the template by clicking the “Edit this Block” icon (top left hand corner), then “Double-click to insert an image”. Most templates have several places for you to add an image so you can choose where you want the BookNow button to be displayed.

This will open up a new window “Select Image”. Click the “Enter Image URL” tab. Paste following link into the Image URL field: http://www.genbook.com/manager/images/booknow.gif

Enter “BookNow!” in the Description line.

Copy the HTML Link found at the bottom of the “Add a BookNow button to your homepage” page in your Genbook Resources tab. (Make sure to use the HTML Link from YOUR Genbook account).

Click Insert Image.

Voilà! The BookNow button is now clickable to your scheduling webpage.
